At the Kirk we like to take photos and videos of the kids having fun and learning. By signing this form, you agree to allow photos/videos of your child(ren) to be used in church publications like the Kirk Krier and Windows, published on the Kirk Facebook page and website, and used in church promotional materials. Names will never be used to identify children without specific permission.
